Naomi has been a student of yoga for nearly a decade. After years of practicing Bikram and Ashtanga, Naomi found her home in Vinyasa Flow yoga in 2006 and has never looked back. She completed her 200-hour RYT training through Hot Yoga/Try Yoga in Washington D.C. in June 2009 and has been teaching regularly at Hot Yoga and The Yoga Fusion Studio since then. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and that regular practice can enrich and transform daily life. Her classes place an emphasis on building core strength and exploring the connection between breath and movement, with deeply held poses to help bring focus to the body and the mind.
