- Payment is due in full at time of service.
- Accepted form of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
- Upon request, we can issue a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. However, all claim submission and contact with the insurance company will be done through the client as we are not an insurance provider.
- If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. A full session’s fee will be charged for any missed or last minute cancellations. If you have purchased a package series, a massage will be removed from any available sessions. Exceptions: Medical emergencies
- Any promotional flyers, coupons or gift certificates must be surrendered at time of service in order to receive credit.
- Gift certificates are transferable unless stated otherwise.
- Packages are non-refundable but can be gifted at any time.
- Please call if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please be aware your massage time will be reduced by the appropriate number of minutes. You will remain responsible for payment of the full session rate.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
