Stacy Kimble is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse.  Stacy believes that health is always present in the body and her work as the practitioner is to facilitate the body’s ability to heal itself; physically, emotionally, spiritually, energetically.

Stacy’s holistic approach to bodywork comes with over 20 years of experience as a Registered nurse.  She is an Emergency Department and Critical Care nurse that brings a wealth of knowledge of the human body and the ways in which our bodies function in states of health and imbalance.  Her work as a nurse has shown her time and again just how amazing our body’s ability to heal can be.  She wholeheartedly believes in a multiple system approach to achieve our maximum state of balance and health.  Providing a bridge between Alternative Health and Traditional health care is her ultimate goal.

“By providing a person with support of their physical, mental and spiritual health, a person’s ability to heal is greatly impacted.  For example, any injury or stress that affects a person’s normal daily activity level carries not only the physical impact but an emotional impact as well.  Traditional medicine aims to treat the physical symptom but does not address the emotional, spiritual or energetic impact.”  Utilizing massage therapy, Structural Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy and techniques from Zero Balancing supports all of these systems during the healing process.”

Massage therapy has been proven time and again to assist in decreasing the effects of daily and environmental stresses on our bodies.  Our state of health is directly affected by the amounts of stress we are experiencing whether on an acute (short- term) or chronic (long-term) basis.  We can’t get rid of the stress in our lives but we can be mindful of the ways in which we chose to deal with those stresses.  Receiving regular bodywork can help to relieve the tension that we develop as a result of our stressors.
