½ cup frozen straberries (I recommend fresh)
1 cup pitted fresh dates (or soaked dried dates)
¼ cup raw carob powder (or raw cacao bits)
¼ hemp protein
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cupground flax seed
¼ cup sunflower seeds
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
½ cup sprouted buckwheat (or cooked)
¼ cup goji berries
1 tbsp yerba mate
Agave to taste (it makes it very sweet)
Process everything except buckwheat in food processor. (Recommended to start with the strawberries, specially if they are frozen, then dates, then everything else.
After processing work in buckwheat with your hands.
Shape and cut to desire size.
(You can store in little tin foil bite size pouches)
Refrigerate if not consumed right away.
